Roland Williams, Founder & CEO
Roland is the CEO of VideoChamp, which he founded in 2007 as a result of his own experience as a high school and college athlete. He is currently responsible for managing the company’s overall direction, business growth, and product strategy. As CEO, Roland will continue to play a key role in leading the strategic planning and design of the unique VideoChamp product. Roland holds a B.S. in Marketing and an M.B.A. in International Business.
Steve Perkins, COO
Steve brings a wealth of corporate expertise to VideoChamp. As a founder of Sterling Commerce and president of the Communications Software Group until its sale to AT&T in 2000, he has made significant and invaluable contributions to the development and overall refinement of the VideoChamp product. Steve acts not only in guiding the current direction of the company, but also in the evolution of future product development and system enhancements.
Shane Foster, CTO
Shane is responsible for the overall system architecture and product development of VideoChamp. His key role at VideoChamp is guided by more than 15 years of visionary web design, architecture and development experience delivering leading edge & innovative technology solutions. As a co-founder of the Vialuna Group, he created the Dialog Engine™. After which, he embarked on creating Vialuna Technology, a company that delivers pioneering solutions to global organizations.
Jay Higdon, Product Design
Jay’s design influence directs the overall image of the VideoChamp brand. It is reflected in our corporate brand identity, as well as in the visual look and feel of the product. Prior to VideoChamp, Jay served as a Senior Designer Barkley Evergreen & Partners and Fleishman Hillard Design Group. He received his formal design training at the University of Kansas and the Kansas City Art Institute. He also completed supplemental coursework at the American Institute of Graphic Arts in New York City, The Design Management Institute in Boston, and the American Center for Design in Chicago.
Bob Cox, Marketing
Bob brings over two decades of experience in the advertising industry to VideoChamp. He has an extensive background in all creative disciplines, and is especially well versed in both promotional and retail advertising. His work has earned numerous industry awards on local, regional, national, and international levels. As a Vice President/Creative Director at Barkley Evergreen & Partners, Bob oversaw creative development on accounts ranging from Sonic Drive-Ins, Dollar Rent A Car, and CITGO Petroleum to Payless Shoe Source, Paramount Theme Parks, Pearle Vision Centers and Cellular One, among others.
