- What happens to my game film if my membership expires?
The game film is permanently deleted from our servers, and unavailable from further views.

 

- Are the coaches receiving the email the only ones able to view my game film?
No. This feature is available so that other coaches on the staff can view your game film if the recipient forwards it to them.

 

- How many game films can I send out?
It is UNLIMITED! Send out as many as you would like.

 

- Can I send my game film(s) to family and friends too?
Yes, you can send out your game film(s) to anyone, anywhere in the world as long as they have an email address.

 

- I have signed up for a FREE Membership, but I want to send my game films out now. How do I do this?
Once you log into your account, click on the "My Account" tab. On this page, you will be able to purchase a membership, so that you can begin sending out your game films.

 

- Does the coach have to pay to view the game film I just sent them?
No, coaches will never have to pay any fees to view your game film.

 

- Do coaches I'm sending a game film to need an account with VideoChamp?
No, coaches do not need an account to view your game film.

 

-  What game film file types does VideoChamp accept?
We currently support the ability to upload AVI, MPG, MP4, MPEG, WMV, MOV, RM, M4V, and FLV files.

 

- When a coach clicks on the link in the email to view my game film, how long will the game film take to load?
When coaches click on the link to view your game film, the game film loads instantly and the coach is able to view it immediately.

 

- Does VideoChamp sell my information?
No, VideoChamp does not sell or rent your information. Review our privacy policy. 

 

-Can I upload my game film into VideoChamp directly from a DVD?
No, you are not able to upload game film directly from a DVD. You will need to convert one of the following digital file formats: AVI, MPG, MP4, MPEG, WMV, MOV, RM, M4V, or FLV files.

 

-Can I send my DVD to you to convert and upload?  How much does it cost?
Yes, you can send your DVD to VideoChamp and we will upload it for you FREE. For more details, see the "Mail" icon located on the My Videos page.

 

-Can I upload my highlight film?
Yes. We also encourage you to upload a full-length game film performance so that you can send it after the highlight film gets the coach’s attention.

 

-How long will it take for me to be notified that a coach views my game film?
Instantly. As soon as the coach views your game film, you will be notified within the VideoChamp system and via email.

 

-I have uploaded my game film, but it is not appearing on the "My Videos" page.
Depending on the size of your game film, it could take several minutes to process. After the game film has been processed, it will appear on the "My Videos" page.

 

-I want to send my DVD to VideoChamp to upload. How do I do this?
After you log into your account, click on the "My Videos" tab. Once you are on this page, click on the "Mail" icon that is located in the top right corner of the page. All the information you need about sending in your DVD will be located here.

 

-If I send my DVD to VideoChamp to upload, how will I know if VideoChamp has received it?
A VideoChamp representative will email you to confirm that we have received your game film. Once your game film has been uploaded to your account, we will email you to let you know that your game film is ready to go.

 

-I am currently a member, but I want to cancel my subscription. How do I do this?
Once you log into your account, go to the My Account page. There, you will find a link labeled, "EDIT". Click it. Then, scroll down the page and on the left side of the page, you will see a check box labeled "Auto-renew". Un-check that box. Then click the "Save" button. Your membership will be cancelled automatically at the end of the current subscription period.

 

-I have additional questions. How can I contact a VideoChamp representative?
You can contact a representative by emailing your request to: Support@MyVideoChamp.com. In most cases, you will receive a response to your question within 24 hours. If you would like a customer support representative to call you, please include your telephone number in the email.

 

-Can I speak with a customer support representative via telephone?
Yes. When you email your request to Support@MyVideoChamp.com, include your telephone number and a representative will contact you within 24 hours in most cases.

 

-On the "My Videos" page, what is the "Primary" column for?
Your membership comes with storage for two game films, but you always have the option to purchase more space. Marking the videos "Primary" lets the system know which to keep if you decide to discontinue paying for additional game film(s) you uploaded.

 

-I sent my game film to my email address and viewed it. Then, I went to the "Activity Summary" page and it showed that I opened the email, but not viewed the game film. What happened?
Don’t worry, VideoChamp is functioning correctly! This is happening because you are still logged into your VideoChamp account and the email account that you sent the game film to is opened in the same browser as the VideoChamp account.
If you would like to watch your game film and have it count as a view, simply log out of your VideoChamp account and watch your game film. When you log back into your VideoChamp account, you will see the details on the Activity Summary page.

 

-I am a Professional athlete and I have an agent. If I get an account, can my agent receive notifications pertaining to my account too?
Yes. On the Profile section in your account, you can enter your agent’s contact information (name, email address, etc.). If you enter your agent’s contact information, they will receive a copy (via email) of all communication pertaining to your account. For example, items such as, new "views", billing, etc.
